Our flavor adventure, which started as Metin Usta Hamsiköy Sütlacı in 2011 in a 50 square meter workshop in the Hamsiköy campus of Trabzon / Maçka district, started production in modern facilities in 2014 and continues to provide uninterrupted service with the contributions of our valued customers. This taste journey, which started in Trabzon province, continues to serve our valued customers by adding our Istanbul production Erenköy-Beylikdüzü-Tuzla-Maltepe-Kavacık-Ataşehir in addition to the Maçka and Square branches we opened in the city. Our aim is to make you feel like you are in the unique natural atmosphere of the Hamsiköy plateaus with every spoon you taste.
